Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your RYOBI account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Tools

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit a participating retail partner for in-store returns.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
